Privacy policy
What happens to the details you send us, in plain words.
Last updated 26 October 2026.
Who we are
Zeapard Devs (ABN 51 712 177 272) is a web studio based in Melbourne. Tia, our founder, looks after your details. Questions about privacy go to tia.shr97@gmail.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect what you type into the form:
- your name and email address
- your business name, phone number and website address, if you give them
- what you need, any package or plan you chose, and your message
What we don’t collect
This website doesn’t use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it has no customer accounts.
To stop spam, the form keeps a scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address so it can limit how many enquiries come from one place in an hour. It can’t be turned back into your IP address, and it’s deleted automatically within about a day. Our hosting provider also keeps standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, for security and troubleshooting.
How we use your details
- to reply to your enquiry and talk about your project
- to prepare a quote or a free website check
- to keep a record of what we discussed
We don’t sell your details, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
Where your details are stored
Enquiries are stored in Google Firebase (Cloud Firestore) and sent to us by email through Resend. The website is hosted by Vercel. These services may store or process your details outside Australia, including in the United States, and they protect them under their own security and privacy terms.
How long we keep them
We keep an enquiry for up to two years after we last talked, then delete it. If you become a client, we keep project and payment records for as long as Australian tax law requires.
Seeing, correcting or deleting your details
Email tia.shr97@gmail.com to see the details we hold about you, correct them or ask us to delete them. We’ll reply within 30 days.
Questions and complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your details, email tia.shr97@gmail.com and we’ll try to put it right. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
