Prices are in Australian dollars. Zeapard Devs isn’t registered for GST, so no GST is added. Platform fees above their free tiers (for example hosting, email or Stripe’s card fees) are paid by you and set out in your quote. Plans run month to month; cancel with 30 days’ notice.
How updates work
Business Care and Commerce Care include a set amount of update time each month. Here’s exactly what that covers.
- Send each request by email. A request is one change, or a few related changes made together, like this week’s specials or new opening hours.
- Time is counted in 15-minute blocks. Business Care includes 30 minutes and up to 3 requests a month; Commerce Care includes 60 minutes and up to 5 requests.
- Small updates are done within 2 business days of your request. If a change will take longer, we’ll tell you before we start.
- Unused time doesn’t carry over to the next month.
- Extra time is $60 an hour, in 15-minute blocks, and we always ask before starting.
- Not included: new pages or features, redesigns, writing new copy, photo editing beyond cropping and resizing, and problems caused by other platforms such as booking, payment or hosting providers.
